Denise Spivak

Denise Spivak has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Denise most recently served as the CEO of CenterLink, starting in May 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Interim CEO and Deputy Director at CenterLink. Denise also worked as the Senior Director of Programs & Outreach at CenterLink from 2011 to 2017.

Before joining CenterLink, Denise Spivak worked as a Senior Recruiter at Verret & Associates, specializing in executive-level recruitment for the retail/wholesale sector. Denise also served as a Recruiter at answerQUEST, where they developed long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.

In addition, Denise Spivak has experience as a Recruiter at US Installation Group, where they implemented streamlined recruiting processes and centralized applicant screening. Denise also held the role of Manager at Barnes & Noble, managing a high-volume store. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Wal-Mart.

Denise Spivak's early career included roles such as Music Director/Afternoon Drive Host at WGTY, a country music radio station, and Executive Producer/On-Air Personality at VOA Europe, a broadcasting network.

Denise Spivak attended Gettysburg College from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Spanish. In terms of certifications, Denise obtained a Standards for Excellence Licensed Consultant certification from the Standards for Excellence Institute® in February 2021. Additionally, they earned a Certificate of Nonprofit Consulting from BoardSource in June 2016.
