Al Payton's earlier experience includes managerial positions at Texas Gas Service and Westinghouse Anniston, with foundational roles in safety and health at Anniston Army Depot and the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. Al Payton holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Alcorn State University and a Certificate in Safety Program Management from the U.S. Army Safety Center.
