Ryan Slie

Ryan Slie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and configuration management roles. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Technical Lead at CenterPoint Energy since April 2018, Ryan oversees the Service Delivery team responsible for various tools and processes on the ServiceNow platform. Prior to this, Ryan held the position of CMDB Administrator, ensuring the integrity and performance of the Configuration Management Database. Previous roles include Configuration Management Process Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and multiple analytical positions at HP and Compaq Computer Corporation, focusing on SAP support and configuration management. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
