Previous positions include Lead - Explosive Services at Teck Resources Limited and Senior Advisor roles at Rio Tinto, where responsibilities ranged from managing explosive services to overseeing capital development projects exceeding $20 million. With extensive experience in blasting operations, mine planning, and regulatory compliance, Brent has demonstrated a commitment to workplace safety, operational efficiency, and effective stakeholder coordination across multiple organizations, including Canada Post, Elections BC, URS Corporation, MAXAM, and Elk Valley Coal.
