Charles Lipus

Charles Lipus possesses extensive experience in mine operations and production supervision, currently holding the position of Mine Operations Production Supervisor at both Thompson Creek Metals Company and Centerra Gold Inc. at the Mt Milligan Mine since May 2016. Previously, Charles worked as a Manager at Murrin Construction, contributing to the company's growth and development within a brief tenure. Charles also served as Mine Operations General Foreman/Superintendent at the Endako Mine for eight years, during which time filled in as Mine Operations Manager in the manager's absence. Earlier career highlights include supervisory roles in the start-up of a copper/gold mine and a coal mine, as well as a long tenure at Ash Grove Cement Company, where responsibilities included managing shifts, supervising maintenance teams, and enhancing safety and production procedures.
