Kris Conell

Kris Conell is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Specialist at Centers For Independence since July 2022, Kris previously held the position of HR Strategist at QuadMed Employer Onsite Health and Wellness Centers from May 2019 to August 2022. Prior to that, Kris engaged in innovative HR leadership while seeking new opportunities from August 2018 to May 2019. A long tenure at Quad/Graphics lasted from March 1989 to August 2018, where roles included Shared Services Team Leader, HR Innovation and Integration Manager, Interim Payroll Manager, and HRIS Team Leader/Manager, all focused on enhancing team culture, managing mergers and acquisitions, improving payroll processes, and optimizing HR systems. Kris holds educational credentials from Carroll University and Waukesha County Technical College, both completed between 2000 and 2002.
