Shelly Perkins

Shelly Perkins is a Care Coordinator and Case Manager at Centers For Independence and Whole Health Clinical Group. Previously, Shelly worked as a Behavioral Health Community Case Manager at Whole Health Clinical Group and volunteered at USO. Shelly has experience as a Clinical Navigator at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and as a Behavioral Science Mentor at Alverno College. Shelly holds a Master of Social Work degree from Salisbury University and Bachelor's degrees in Sociology from Alverno College.
