David Snowden

David Snowden has extensive experience in graphic design and photography, managing and marketing fan clubs and merchandise since 1986 through David Snowden Promotions. As President at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services since 2002, David serves as the lead graphic designer and photographer for government events. Additionally, experience includes managing fan clubs for Joan Jett and overseeing merchandise design for bands such as Egypt Central. Notable roles also include photography for Port Discovery and design work for Joe Corbis and Creative Print Group. David received education from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
