Robert Yates has over a decade of experience in legal and policy roles, currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Division of State & Grant Operations at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services since April 2012. In this capacity, Robert Yates leads the Grant & Oversight program for the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act's Section 1332 State Innovation Waiver, overseeing a budget estimated at over $1 billion and ensuring compliance through federal program policy development and interagency coordination.
