Roni Marie Garland-Wynegar

Roni Marie Garland-Wynegar, MS, PMP, currently serves as the Director of the Division of Quality System Operations and Support at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, a position held since April 2011. Roni has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Deputy Director positions in various divisions such as Engineering & Architecture, User Experience and Support Services, and Infrastructure and Service Fulfillment. Prior to Roni's tenure at CMS, relevant experience includes roles as a Data Analyst at The University of Maryland Medical System and Accounting Manager at Yates Insurance Agency. Roni began a professional career as an Accountant I at Trizetto/Preferred Health Network. Roni holds a Master of Science in Financial Reporting and Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Business Administration degree, and is currently pursuing a Certificate of Public Sector Leadership from Cornell University.
