Ronald Simpson is an accomplished Instructional Designer and Learning Experience Designer with over 25 years of experience in developing eLearning and classroom training, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, and delivering technical training. Ronald has a proven track record at various organizations, including recent roles at VMware and Lam Research, where Ronald created customized learning modules using tools such as Articulate, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. With a strong foundation in the ADDIE model, Ronald has successfully designed and implemented engaging learning solutions across multiple industries, including healthcare, mortgage, and technology. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Computer Systems from Oklahoma State University.
