Dawn Parker

Dawn Parker, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, currently serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Centers Urgent Care since November 2023 and has been conducting in-home health evaluations for Signify Health since August 2024. With extensive experience in various nursing roles, including Neurology Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse in emergency departments, Dawn has demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing patients, creating treatment plans, and managing critical care. Educated at the University of Mount Saint Vincent with a Master's degree in Family Nursing, and holding a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Lehman College, Dawn possesses a strong foundation in healthcare, complemented by skills in EClinicalWorks EMR.
