Jeffrey Turkel serves as the Director at CenterSquare Investment Management, formerly RCG Longview, since 2007, specializing in real estate private equity and debt provision. In this role, Jeffrey leads the firm's production outreach across Florida, Illinois, Georgia, Arizona, and Wisconsin, and is responsible for originating high-yield subordinate debt, including mezzanine loans, preferred equity, B-notes, junior mortgage participations, and senior mortgages. Prior to this, Jeffrey worked as an Associate at The Leitner Group Inc. from September 2005 to June 2007. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a focus on Finance from The Wharton School, acquired between 2001 and 2005.
