Joachim H. Kehr

Joachim H. Kehr is an experienced investment professional currently serving as the Head of Asia-Pacific at CenterSquare Investment Management since 2011, where responsibilities include regional portfolio management for listed real estate securities and leadership of the Asia-Pacific investment team. Previously, Joachim held roles as an Assistant Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst in global listed real estate securities, focusing on markets in Australia, Japan, and Hong Kong/China. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Analyst at BNP Paribas Investment Partners from 2007 to 2011, with specialization in Singapore and ASEAN real estate investment trusts (REITs). Early career internships at PwC and KfW involved economic advisory and project evaluation, respectively. Joachim holds dual MSc degrees in Economics and Finance from Peking University and Tilburg University, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
