Joanna Prociuk

Joanna Prociuk has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joanna currently holds the position of Director of Talent and Innovation at CENTERS, LLC since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of University Recreation at CENTERS, LLC from June 2018 to November 2021. Before joining CENTERS, LLC, they worked at Florida Atlantic University, initially as the Director of Campus Recreation from October 2016 to May 2018. Joanna also held various positions during their time at Florida Atlantic University, including Associate Director of Programs from March 2012 to March 2016, Assistant Director of Programs from November 2009 to March 2012, and Facility Coordinator from September 2008 to November 2009. Before their tenure at Florida Atlantic University, they worked as an Assistant Director of Student Development at DePaul University from June 2005 to August 2008.

Joanna Prociuk completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at the University of West Florida, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from DePaul University, where they attended from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Joanna Prociuk also obtained a certification in "Establishing a Well-Being Programme in Your Organisation" from LinkedIn in May 2021.
