Jeff Wald

Jeff Wald possesses extensive experience in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics, currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of Clinical Pharmacology at Centessa Pharmaceuticals since September 2025. Prior to this role, Wald held various leadership positions at Sage Therapeutics from August 2019 to September 2025, including Vice President and Distinguished Scientist. Wald's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Clinical Pharmacology at qPharmetra, and Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology Modeling and Simulation at GlaxoSmithKline. Earlier career roles include consulting and leadership positions at Pharsight and Quintiles, and a post-doctoral position at Hoffmann-La Roche. Wald earned a PhD in Pharmaceutics and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutics from the University at Buffalo.
