Kaylee Caban

Kaylee Caban has a diverse work experience in the field of accounts payable. Kaylee started their career as an Accounting Assistant at Small Business Accounting in 2016, where they monitored client accounts and provided support in event coordination and client file organization. Kaylee then worked as a Receptionist/Recruiting Assistant at Vector Marketing North Jersey, where they interacted with applicants, provided training to new receptionists, and created schedules for sales associates. In 2018, they joined LAUNDRY PROJECT INDUSTRIAL S.R.L. as an Accounts Payable Associate, processing transactions, handling delivery expenses, and managing warehouse inventory. Kaylee also worked as an Accounting Assistant at DDS Dental Supplies during the same period, creating purchase reports, reconciling vendor bills, and compiling DQSA reports. From 2019 to 2021, they served as an Accounts Payable Specialist at The IMA Group, running payment reports and reconciling vendor invoices, and later took on the role of an Accounts Payable Manager at American Christmas, LLC in 2021, where they ran payment reports, released vendor invoice vouchers, and compiled Bento card expenses. Most recently, in 2022, they worked as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Veterinary Emergency Group, reviewing and processing vendor invoices, compiling vendor onboarding documentation, and reconciling vendor invoices. In the same year, they joined Centiva Capital as an Accounts Payable Analyst.

Kaylee Caban pursued their education in accounting, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Fairleigh Dickinson University from 2014 to 2016, where they also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Their academic focus throughout their educational history has been in the field of accounting.
