Candice Velez

Candice Velez is an experienced project manager with a strong background in healthcare operations and business strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Market Manager at Centivo since June 2021, Candice formerly held multiple roles at Anthem, Inc. from February 2016 to June 2021, including Business Change Manager and Sr. Business Change Advisor, where responsibilities included Medicaid business strategy and network implementation. Prior to that, Candice was a Project Manager at QBS Learning from March 2013 to February 2016. Candice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta, obtained in 2012.
