Hope Fitch-Mickiewicz has had an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 1997, they served as an Art Director/Production Manager at Faulkner & Gray, where they managed monthly publications and oversaw all phases of magazine production. Hope then joined Thomson Financial in 2000 as a Senior Art Director, where they art directed monthly publications and managed a team of Art Directors and freelancers.

In 2004, Fitch-Mickiewicz joined SourceMedia Inc as the Group Creative Director, where they managed a creative team and developed brand identities for more than 25 brands. Hope also collaborated with key stakeholders and developed brand strategies for clients such as TD Ameritrade and Ernst & Young.

In 2017, Fitch-Mickiewicz worked as a Creative Director Consultant at Linx Communications, where they handled brand development, responsive web design, and marketing campaigns. Hope then joined Accela as a Senior UX/UI Design Consultant, where they redesigned a government software portal for hundreds of municipalities and automated civic processes.

In 2018, Fitch-Mickiewicz worked as a Senior UX/UI Designer - Consultant at Verizon, where they created a new user experience for Verizon Wireless Customer Reps. Hope also ideated and created wireframes for a blockchain concept product. Hope later joined Decision Resources Group as a UX/UI Designer - Consultant, where they redesigned and created a more user-friendly flow for product pages.

Fitch-Mickiewicz's most recent role is at Centivo, where they serve as a CX Design Lead and Senior Product Designer - Consultant. Hope resolves problems and creates solutions for healthcare applications that service providers, employers, and employees.

Hope Fitch-Mickiewicz holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Graphic Arts from the New York Institute of Technology. Hope also has a Certificate in UX/UI from the New York Code + Design Academy and a Certificate in UI/UX from New York University. Hope'sformal education began at East Meadow High School. Additionally, they have an additional certification in UX/UI, but the institution and date of attainment are unknown.
