Jenna Depeaux

Jenna Depeaux has over 10 years of work experience. Jenna is currently working as the Director of Client Success (Implementation & Client Support) at Centivo, where they are responsible for managing the implementation and client support for Centivo health plan products and services. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Client Support at Centivo, where they developed and implemented policies, processes, and procedures to support client relationships and drive satisfaction and retention. Jenna also has experience as an Implementation Manager, where they managed the implementation of new customers and led multi-stakeholder meetings and conference calls.

Before joining Centivo, Jenna worked as a Compliance Specialist at Circuit Clinical, where they ensured compliance with clinical trial protocols and FDA regulations. Jenna also reviewed and drafted SOPs to support company processes and compliance.

Jenna has previous experience at HealthNow New York Inc., where they held various roles including Supervisor of Population Health, Health Promotion Coordinator, and Health Management Consultant. In these roles, they managed population health management initiatives, developed evidence-based health promotion programs, and worked with corporations to implement wellness programs. Jenna also analyzed health insurance claims data and identified opportunities for prevention and wellness program impact.

In addition to their healthcare experience, Jenna has a background in fitness and wellness. Jenna worked at the Capital District YMCA as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Wellness Coordinator. Jenna also served as the Wellness Center Manager at the National Institute for Fitness and Sport "NIFS," where they supervised the activities of the Wellness Center and developed corporate wellness programming.

Jenna's earlier work experience includes a role as a Program Manager at HealthFitness, where they managed a wellness program for a manufacturing team and collaborated with physical therapists to perform ergonomic evaluations of workstations.

Throughout their career, Jenna has demonstrated expertise in client support, implementation management, compliance, population health, wellness program development, and management.

Jenna Depeaux has a Master of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Teesside University, which was obtained from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Springfield College, completed from 2003 to 2007. In addition, Jenna has a Certificate in the Leadership Accelerator Program from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York. Jenna also holds several additional certifications, including Managing Office Politics and Exam Tips: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from LinkedIn, as well as various certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine and Keiser Corporation.
