Reto H. Wenger currently serves as Vice President ICS (SOX) & SEC Compliance Officer and Director at CENTOGENE, where significant accomplishments include the development and implementation of SOX and Internal Control systems, as well as leading a comprehensive company-wide restructuring initiative for compliance. Prior experience at Holcim includes roles such as Deputy Head Group Internal Audit, where Reto successfully integrated audit practices following the merger with LafargeHolcim and restructured the internal audit function, resulting in substantial cost savings. Reto holds an Executive MBA and other relevant degrees in Business Administration and Business Information Technology, alongside extensive military training.
