Kemper Beasely III

Kemper Beasley is a resident of Buckingham County where he lives and operates the family’s beef cattle farm. He graduated Hampden-Sydney College with a Bachelor of Arts in History and received a Masters of Theological Studies Degree from Duke University. After working at The Farmers Bank of Appomattox for five years, he attended Liberty Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate.

Kemper’s legal career began at Lawson & Beasley in Appomattox, Virginia. He later opened his own practice in Farmville, Virginia. On October 1, 2021, Kemper was appointed the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Buckingham County, Virginia. He also serves as County Attorney for Cumberland County, Virginia.

Kemper is a deacon at Concord Baptist Church and serves on the Board of Directors of Central Virginia Christian School in Dillwyn, Virginia. He also is Vice-Chairman for the Board of Directors of Southside Community Hospital.
