Sharon L. Harrup is the President & CEO of STEPS, Inc., a private, non-profit organization headquartered in Farmville that provides services in ten (10) counties in Southside Virginia. “STEPS is committed to coordinating, creating and delivering quality comprehensive services in an effort to foster self-sufficiency and eliminate poverty.”
Harrup earned a bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation and a master’s degree in college and community counseling from Longwood College.
