Rachel Phillips is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruiting and customer service management. Currently serving as the Manager of Recruiting Services at Centra Healthcare Solutions since October 2021, Rachel quickly advanced from a Recruiting Assistant role after achieving significant business goals. Prior to this, Rachel held positions including Assistant Customer Service Manager at Peter Glenn Ski and Sports, where a rapid progression from seasonal employee to manager occurred. Additional experience includes roles at Westin Hotels & Resorts, AMC Theatres, GameStop, and Jamba Juice, showcasing a strong background in customer relations, team management, and sales. Rachel Phillips holds an Associate of Science degree in Graphic Design from Broward College, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
