Agata Wojnicka

Agata Wojnicka, PhD has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Agata began their career as a Design Services Junior Editor at Credit Suisse in 2009, and later held positions such as Design Services Team Leader and Design Services Sub-Sector Head. Agata also worked as the CoE Wroclaw Recruitment Manager and Private Banking & Wealth Management Chief of Staff/COO/Talent and Business Manager, where they developed and implemented strategic concepts and initiatives for the organization. Additionally, they served as a Senior HR Business Manager at Credit Suisse and a Senior HR Business Partner for IT & Operations at Santander Bank Polska. Prior to this, Agata was a Lecturer at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny we Wrocławiu and an International Recruitment Department Assistant/Recruiter at Work Service S.A. Currently, they hold the position of VP of People & Culture at Centra.

Agata Wojnicka, PhD obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Strategic Human Resources Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, where they also completed their Master's degree in International Relations. Their education history includes studying at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from 2004 to 2009 for their Master's degree and from 2009 to 2017 for their Ph.D.
