Jovana Teodorovic

Jovana Teodorovic is the VP, People & Culture at Rover. Jovana was previously the Director of Talent and HR at Sendachi, a VC funded technology consulting startup. Sendachi's Board of Directors shut down the Seattle office and moved operations to NYC, rebranding the company to be called Contino. Before that, they were the Client Lead Recruiter - Amazon Echo/Alexa at Amazon. During their time with Socrata, the company grew from 50 to 200 employees. While this rapid growth is an achievement in itself, they are most proud of the quality of talent were were able to attract into the company and the internal culture we built as a result.

Jovana Teodorovic earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Washington.

Jovana Teodorovic reports to Aaron Easterly, CEO. Jovana Teodorovic works with Nassir Samatar - VP, Engineering, Tracy Knox - CFO, and Paul Dixon - VP, Rover Services.
