Tommy Palomäki

Tommy Palomäki has extensive experience in customer success management and client success management. Tommy currently holds the position of Head of Client Success Management at Centra, where they oversee client success and manages key accounts. Prior to this role, they worked as an E-commerce & Client Success Manager at Centra, where they developed partnerships with key accounts and provided training and support to customers.

Before joining Centra, Tommy served as a Global Customer Success Manager at Mynewsdesk, where they ensured customer satisfaction and success. Tommy also worked as a Global Customer Success Management Coordinator at Calabrio, Inc. and Teleopti, where they coordinated meetings with customers, created training packages, and managed customer success operations.

Tommy also has experience in project management and system development, having worked at Jetpak AB as a System Development and Support Manager and a Project Manager. Tommy was responsible for implementing enterprise resource planning systems and supporting the franchise concept.

Earlier in their career, Tommy worked at DHL Express (Finland) Oy in various roles such as Special Service Desk Team Leader and Track and Trace Lead Advisor. Tommy also gained early experience at Andersen Consulting Oy as a Service Coordinator, where they demonstrated their ability to handle stress and provide excellent internal customer service.

Tommy Palomäki attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a BBA in Marketing and Customer Relationship. In 2014, they attended NFI Competence AB for a Diplomerad WorkShop Ledare program. Prior to that, they graduated from Malmi Business College, Finland in 1998 with a degree in Business College and a focus on Marketing and Customer Relationship. In 1997, they completed their secondary education at Helsinki New Coeducational School in Finland. Tommy Palomäki also holds a certification in "Head of Customer Success - How to Build" from Startdeliver, obtained in 2023.
