Hester Dolkens

Hester Dolkens is an accomplished communication professional with extensive experience in strategic communication, public affairs, and media relations. Currently serving as a spokesperson and communication advisor at Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers (COA) since August 2025, Hester has previously held positions including strategic communication advisor at Woonpartners Midden-Holland and VGA Verzekeringen, and in various strategic roles within municipal governments.
