Don Scharer

Don Scharer is an experienced professional in facilities management and home repairs, currently serving as the Owner Operator of 361 Home Repairs LLC since June 2015, focusing on home repairs, remodeling, and equipment maintenance. Additionally, Don has been the Facilities/Maintenance Manager at CentraArchy Restaurant Management Co. since March 2011, overseeing equipment repair and facilities maintenance, including HVAC and refrigeration systems. Formerly, Don held senior management roles at New York Prime Restaurant and served as Executive Chef at Druid Hills Golf Club, managing multiple restaurants and banquets while concentrating on inventory, training, and cost control.
