John Gregerson

John Gregerson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the call center and operations field. John is currently the Director of Call Center Operations at CentraCare since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Scheduling and Contact Services at Meduit Health Services, Inc. from March 2018 to December 2020. John also has a long history with Capital One, where they held the position of Director of Operations from August 2005 to December 2017, overseeing multiple sales contact centers and successfully managing a large team. Before joining Capital One, they worked at ING DIRECT in various roles, including Loss Prevention Manager, Sales Team Manager, and Sales Associate.

John Gregerson received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Sales and Management from St. Cloud Technical and Community College in 2004.
