Carlos Warth

Carlos Warth began their work experience as an intern at Disoft Solutions S.A. in 1999. Carlos then worked at JP Morgan Chase as a Middle Office Coordinator from an unspecified start date to 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Market Risk Manager at ING Bank. Carlos then joined Grupo Santander Brasil, where they served as a Market Risk Manager and held various roles, including Head of Economic Results for the Treasury Desk and Head of the non-linear portfolio. In 2011, they became the Head of Market and Operational Risk at Banco Caixa Geral - Brasil, before moving to MUFG in 2013. At MUFG, they initially worked as the Head of Risk Management and later became the Chief Risk Officer until November 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Market and Liquidity Risk at Central 1, starting in April 2022.

Carlos Warth obtained their MBA in Finance from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa between the years 2005 and 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 1997 to 2001.
