Liliane Lima

Liliane Lima is an experienced software specialist with a comprehensive background in software administration and support, currently employed at Central 1 since December 2020. Prior to this, Liliane worked at IBM in various roles for over a decade, including SAP Basis Administrator Jr., Middleware Support Analyst, and Lotus Domino Subject Matter Expert, demonstrating expertise in SAP environment management, middleware products, and advanced troubleshooting. Key accomplishments include migrating 100 on-premises servers to the cloud, automating security health checks, and enhancing team productivity through mentoring and process improvements.
