Sara Fergusson

Sara Fergusson has extensive experience in compliance and legal research, currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Central 1 since July 2012. Previous roles at Central 1 include Interim Director, Compliance, Manager of Corporate Policy, and Paralegal. Sara's experience also encompasses volunteer case work at the Minority Ethnic Women's Network, focusing on outreach and client support. Prior to that, a position as Senior Investigator at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills involved investigating misconduct and regulatory breaches in failed companies. Early career highlights include serving as Deputy Clerk of Legislative Committee and Legal Researcher for the National Assembly for Wales, providing parliamentary research and support. Sara holds a Master's Degree in International Law from the University of Birmingham and has completed various legal qualifications, including a Diploma in Bar Vocational Studies.
