Shannon Crowley has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2001 as an Event Assistant for Central Districts Field Days, they worked their way through roles such as Sales Assistant at GNC, Senior Service Administrator at Zurich Financial Services, and Corporate Actions Administrator at UBS Global Asset Management. Shannon then moved on to positions at Northern Trust Global Investments as an Entitlements Administrator, HSBC Global Asset Management as an Operations Specialist, and Central 1 Credit Union as a Relationship Analyst and later as a Strategic Relationship Director. Throughout their career, their responsibilities have included business development, relationship management, project work, and providing administrative support. Shannon has proven to be dependable, able to handle pressure, and excel in organizing and completing tasks.

Shannon Crowley has a diverse education history. Shannon attended Massey University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. Their majors during this time were Human Nutrition and Physiology, with a minor in Sports Science. In 2006, Shannon attended Tribeca and obtained a Diploma of Financial Planning, specializing in Financial Planning.

In terms of additional certifications, Shannon completed the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) from the Canadian Securities Institute in 2013. Shannon also completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) from the same institute in 2011-2012.

Before pursuing higher education, Shannon attended Palmerston North Boys High School from 1995 to 2000. During their time there, they focused on subjects such as Maths with Stats, Math with Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, and Accounting.

Recent certification-wise, Shannon obtained the "Customer Success for Impact" certification from Winning by Design in October 2022.
