Shannon Crowley has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2006, Shannon attended Tribeca and obtained a Diploma of Financial Planning, specializing in Financial Planning.

In terms of additional certifications, Shannon completed the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) from the Canadian Securities Institute in 2013. Shannon also completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) from the same institute in 2011-2012.

Before pursuing higher education, Shannon attended Palmerston North Boys High School from 1995 to 2000. During their time there, they focused on subjects such as Maths with Stats, Math with Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, and Accounting.

Recent certification-wise, Shannon obtained the "Customer Success for Impact" certification from Winning by Design in October 2022.
