Tom Vandeloo

Tom Vandeloo serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. since April 2014, contributing to the organization's mission of providing optimal banking products and services. Additionally, Tom has been a Director at Central 1 since March 2021, focusing on ethical business practices and strategic oversight. Serving as a Volunteer Consultant for Management Advisory Service since August 2020, Tom aids non-profit organizations in the Greater Toronto Area. As President of Redimo Management Consulting since July 2020, Tom manages M&A and value creation projects. Previously, Tom was a Partner at PwC Canada (2016-2020) and KPMG (2006-2013), leading major consulting initiatives and expanding practices significantly. Tom’s career began at BearingPoint (1997-2006) as Managing Director, following roles at Piller Natale & Oh and Janna Systems. Tom holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and a B.Math in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
