Donald Wells

Donald Wells, PE, is an accomplished Control Systems Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field, currently working at Central Arizona Project since May 2019. Prior to this role, Donald held positions at Wood, Per Sé Group, Cato International, Abeinsa Engineering, Emerson Process Management, CTI, and Bechtel Corporation, accumulating a wealth of expertise in control systems design, project management, and process control across various industries, including refining and chemical processing. Notable achievements include overseeing the I/E design for critical refinery projects, leading multiple retrofitting and engineering standards revisions, and managing complex capital projects. Donald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
