Arthur Grigoryan

Arthur Grigoryan, CFA, serves as the Head of Division at the Central Bank of Armenia since July 2010, where previous roles included Senior Analyst and Methodologist. Additionally, Arthur holds the position of Internal Auditor at the National Mortgage Company RCO CJSC and has been a lecturer at Armenian State University of Economics and Yerevan State University since September 2022, teaching "Modelling Finance Operations" and other finance subjects. Arthur also lectured on "Financial Risk Management" at Université française en Arménie from October 2018 to April 2024 and contributed as a project expert in designing a new finance curriculum at Armenian State University of Economics in 2021. Currently pursuing a PhD in Economics and Finance at Charles University, Arthur's educational background includes a Master's degree in Finance from Armenian State University of Economics and a non-degree program in International Law and Legal Studies at The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
