Hovhannes Khachatryan

Hovhannes Khachatryan, CFA, currently serves as Deputy Governor and Board Member at the Central Bank of Armenia since July 2020. Prior to this role, Hovhannes held the position of Head of Asset and Liability Management at Ameriabank CJSC from March 2008 to July 2020. Hovhannes began the career at the Central Bank of Armenia as a Statistician from August 2002 to March 2008. Hovhannes earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2016 and 2019.
