Abdelrhman Tahoun

Abdelrhman Tahoun possesses extensive experience in the payment acceptance sector, currently serving as the Head of Payment Acceptance at the Central Bank of Egypt since July 2021. Previous roles include serving as the Payment Acceptance Products Manager for Ecommerce at CIB Egypt from April 2017 to June 2021 and as the E+Mcommerce Relationship Team Leader and E-Commerce Senior Specialist at the National Bank of Egypt from June 2010 to April 2017. Tahoun has a proven track record managing E-Commerce activities, optimizing payment processes, and enhancing merchant relationships through various roles, including E-Commerce Fraud Analyst at KPMG and Junior Auditor at Orange Egypt. Educational qualifications include a Professional Certificate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Helwan University.
