Essam El Tohamy

Essam El Tohamy has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the General Manager and Head of Projects Risk at the Central Bank of Egypt since September 2016, and previously held the position of General Deputy Manager for Banking Reform. Prior to this role, Essam worked at Banque du Caire from October 2010 to August 2016, advancing from Manager of Distribution Sales Performance to Deputy General Manager of Business Development & Marketing. Earlier career experience includes serving as Manager of Marketing & Product Development at Arab Bank from April 2008 to September 2010.
