Ibrahim Abdelrahim

Ibrahim AbdelRahim possesses extensive experience in digital banking and financial technology, currently serving as the Head of Banking Digital Services at the Central Bank of Egypt since November 2017. Ibrahim's expertise includes developing technology regulations for the banking sector and facilitating the implementation of digital solutions within Egypt's fintech ecosystem. Previously, roles included Program Director at Banque du Caire, where project management and presentations to top management were key responsibilities, as well as leadership positions in electronic channels and e-banking support. With an MBA in E-business from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University, Ibrahim combines academic knowledge with practical experience in enhancing digital banking services.
