Darragh O Murchu, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Workplace Experience Manager at the Central Bank of Ireland, where responsibilities include developing a workplace experience vision strategy to support hybrid working and enhancing the Dockland Campus's capabilities. Prior to this role, Darragh held positions in facilities management and student recruitment at Dublin Business School, State Street - IFDS, and AIB, where Darragh managed significant projects, drove operational readiness, and managed large teams across various support services. Darragh's education includes studies at Colaiste Mhuire from 1982 to 1988.
