Farah Daniela Mugrabi Otero

Farah Daniela Mugrabi Otero is an accomplished economist currently serving at the Central Bank of Ireland since October 2023. Farah's previous experience includes a role as an ARES Research Fellow at Université catholique de Louvain, where a PhD in Economics was pursued with a focus on financial crisis contagion under esteemed supervision. Additional expertise was gained as Chief Financial Advisor at the Secretariat of Finance in Buenos Aires, where collaboration on sustainable debt plans and the development of financial models were key responsibilities. Farah has also coordinated financial projects for the Ministry of Energy and Mining and worked on various government consulting projects for education and health ministries, demonstrating a robust ability to analyze and implement economic strategies across sectors. Farah holds a Licenciatura in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and an MSc in Finance from Universidad de 'San Andrés'.
