Jenny Minogue

Jenny Minogue currently serves as the Organisational Psychologist and Behaviour and Culture Lead at the Central Bank of Ireland, a position held since January 2019, focusing on organisational culture, risk culture, conduct culture, and board effectiveness. Prior experience at the Central Bank included roles in Learning and Development, emphasizing mindfulness training and HR metrics, and participation in a graduate program with a rotation in Consumer Protection. Earlier, Jenny worked as a Senior Applied Behaviour Analysis Tutor at PALS Preschool, where responsibilities included client assessments and the development of Individual Education Programmes. Academic qualifications comprise a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Leicester, alongside degrees in Marketing and Psychology from Technological University Dublin and Maynooth University, respectively.
