Jenny Osborne-Kinch

Jenny Osborne-Kinch has over two decades of experience in the field of economics, currently serving as the Head of Function for Macro and non-Bank Statistics at the Central Bank of Ireland since October 2003. In this role, Jenny manages a team of 10 staff, ensuring compliance with ECB and national statistical requirements while also undertaking and publishing economic and policy research. Previously, Jenny worked as a Senior Economist in the Monetary Policy Division, focusing on policy and research related to ECB monetary policy and providing expertise on various global economies. Earlier in her career, Jenny held the position of Fund Accountant at Invesco Asset Management (India) Private Limited. Jenny holds both an MA and BA in Economics from University College Dublin, earned between 1998 and 2002.
