Karen Kelly

Karen Kelly is a seasoned professional in the financial services sector with extensive experience in risk management and valuation. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Specialist at the Central Bank of Ireland since June 2017, Karen has held various roles, including IRRBB and Market Risk Inspections Manager and Credit Institution Supervisor. Previously, at Fidelity International, Karen was the Head of Fair Value and Market Risk, leading teams focused on analyzing hard-to-price securities. Karen's career also includes a significant tenure at HSBC as a senior member of the Global Pricing Team, overseeing internal OTC Valuation models, and a role at Citco Fund Services as part of the Risk and Valuation Team, where Karen managed projects related to price validation platforms.
