Martin Whyte

Martin Whyte, PSM, ITIL®, serves as a Project Manager/Scrum Master at the Central Bank of Ireland since June 2011, contributing to the establishment of the PMO function within the Information Management & Technology Directorate and delivering multiple software development projects. Previously, Martin held the position of Information Systems Manager at Murray Nolan Ltd from July 2007 to March 2011, where responsibilities included managing IT services for a major home shopping company. Martin also served as Group IT Manager at Vision Consulting, overseeing IT support teams and project managing IT infrastructure projects from January 2000 to July 2007, along with a similar role at Donnelly Mirrors Limited, which involved participating in a European BAAN implementation project. Early career experience includes IT positions at Grelan Corporation Ltd and Siemens Nixdorf. Martin holds a BSc in Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin, an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from Dublin Business School, and a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute.
