Chris Wanyoike

Chris Wanyoike is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in network infrastructure and technology management. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer for Cybersecurity Infrastructure at the Central Bank of Kenya since April 2019, Chris previously worked as a Network Infrastructure Specialist at the Kenya School of Monetary Studies from August 2012 to March 2019. Additional roles include Information Technology Specialist at the International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology for a brief period in 2012, and Network Administrator at the International Development Research Centre from 2000 to 2012, among others. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and has pursued various advanced educational programs in IT and cybersecurity from institutions in South Africa, UAE, Canada, and Kenya since 2003.
