Nkeletso Sephoso

Nkeletso Sephoso is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations and Programme Manager at the Central Bank of Lesotho since January 2013. Responsibilities include providing administrative project support, managing project documentation, promoting project management practices, and ensuring the optimization of project resources. Prior roles include IT Governance and Project Management Specialist, and Systems Analyst at the National University of Lesotho, where contributions included formulating information systems policies and performing analysis. Additionally, Nkeletso served as a Business Analyst/Project Manager at the Independent Electoral Commission of Lesotho, focusing on systems development and upgrades. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Project Management from the University of Pretoria, an MBA from the University of the Free State, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the National University of Lesotho.
