Elvin Abdullayev

Elvin Abdullayev is a experienced actuarial professional currently working at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Before their current role, Elvin held positions at the Financial Market Supervisory Authority of Azerbaijan Republic and the State Social Protection Fund of Azerbaijan Republic. Elvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Qafqaz Universiteti and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Leicester. Elvin is also a member of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
